LEED Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple concurrent projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring quality, schedule, and financial performance.
The Sr PM will manage a team of PMs, APMs, PEs, and coordinators, support client relationships, and participate in business development. Travel within the region may be required.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome for several concurrent projects, from pre-construction to closeouts. The Sr PM leads and manages a team of project managers, assistant project managers, project engineers and project coordinators to deliver exceptional results. The position supports client relationships and participates in business development activities as appropriate. Reports to the Division Manager.
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive project management experience in electrical construction or a related construction discipline.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred; equivalent combination of education, training, and experience considered.
Valid California Driver’s License required. OSHA 10 certification preferred or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
The actual base salary offered will depend on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, skills, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity.

The posted range represents the company’s good faith estimate of the base salary range for this role at the time of posting.
