LEED Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead electrical bid and estimating efforts for major commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. The Senior Estimator participates in all aspects of the bid/estimating process from review of plans and specifications to soliciting and negotiating prices from contractors/suppliers through completion of bid/estimating effort including closeout.
Job Responsibilities:
Minimum Experience:10 years of progressive estimating experience in electrical construction or a related construction discipline.
Education:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred; equivalent combination of education, training, and experience considered.
Salary Range: $170,000 - $200,000 (exempt) annually. The actual base salary offered will depend on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, skills, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity.
