LEED Electric, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in California to direct multiple electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
You will lead a team of assistant PMs and engineers, manage client relationships, and participate in business development while reporting to the Division Manager. The role emphasizes delivering projects on time, within budget, and with a strong safety and quality focus.

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome for several concurrent projects, from pre-construction to closeouts. The PM leads and manages a team of assistant project managers, project engineers and office engineers to deliver exceptional results. The Project Manager supports client relationships and participates in business development activities as appropriate. Reports to the Division Manager.
Minimum Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of progressive project management experience in electrical construction or a related construction discipline.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred; equivalent combination of education, training, and experience considered.
Certifications: Valid California Driver's License required. OSHA 10 certification preferred or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
Salary Range: $125,000 - $145,000 (exempt) annually. The actual base salary offered will depend on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, skills, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity.

The posted range represents the company's good faith estimate of the base salary range for this role at the time of posting. Compensation will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, education, qualifications, skills, work location, union environment experience, and internal equity. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses, incentives, and benefits, where applicable.
