LEED ELECTRIC, INC. is looking for a Senior Project Manager in Huntington Beach, California. The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules while leading a team of project managers and engineers.
Candidates must have at least ten years of construction management experience, preferably in the electrical sector, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. A competitive salary range of $165,000 – $185,000 annually is offered based on experience.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome for several concurrent projects, from pre‑construction to closeouts. The Sr PM leads and manages a team of project managers, assistant project managers, project engineers, and office engineers to deliver exceptional results. The position proactively develops new business opportunities and relationships with current and potential customers. Reports to the Division Manager.
Minimum Experience: 10+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in electrical construction. Degree: Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Structural Engineering or other related discipline preferred; or equivalent experience. Certifications: California Driver’s License, OSHA 10. Salary Range: $165,000 – $185,000 annual salary DOE (Orange County). Location: OCSAN Jobsite Trailer.
