Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage transportation projects involving highway, bridge, and traffic improvements.
• Coordinate with local, agency, and state staff and officials, as well as internal teams.
• Review and sign plans and reports.
• Possess knowledge of transportation activities like environmental and utility clearances, right-of-way, etc.
• Understand pre-bid documents such as cost estimates, schedules, and tabulation sheets.
• Manage and mentor junior staff and coordinate across teams.
• Participate in business development activities like meetings, proposals, and networking.
• Engage in professional development through industry organizations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania.
• Experience with PennDOT and/or PA Turnpike projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Team management and coordination skills.
• Willingness to participate in business and professional development initiatives.
• Strong work ethic and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid Driver’s License.
