The CSS IPCM Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivering various projects or programs, including customer implementations, agency projects, internal product implementations, and core business process changes.

The Senior Project Manager manages projects of medium to high complexity, determined by their scale and scope, such as the number of countries involved or the complexity of the customer or product. The complexity level is assessed by the IPCM Management team during request vetting.

As a Senior Project Manager I, IPCM, you will

• Plan projects according to the defined scope
• Leverage regional and local resources, as well as cross-departmental support, to support projects
• Coordinate local, regional, and global projects across multiple countries
• Utilize established project management methodologies (PMP, OPPM, Prince2, Six Sigma) to scope, plan, analyze, initiate, execute, monitor, and control projects
• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders (internal and external)
• Drive decision-making and escalation processes related to assigned projects

About you

• Previous travel industry experience
• Experience in a qualified project management role with project management software
• Proven success in leading medium-complexity projects in travel management operations
• Ability to facilitate risk, issue, and showstopper resolution
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English
