Base pay range

$65.00/hr - $70.00/hr

Contract through the end of 2025

Our client is one of the largest & leading radiology practices in the United States. They are looking to bring on a Project Manager to oversee the re-evaluation or enhancement of their current Radiology Workforce Scheduling Platform, QGenda. This person will be responsible for project planning, discovery, managing timelines, providing status updates, taking initiative, and communicating with various stakeholders. Experience managing projects related to QGenda or a similar Staff Scheduling System will be crucial for this role.

Overview:

• Project manage the evaluation of the current scheduling system, Qgenda
• Oversee the enhancements of Qgenda and/or manage an implementation of a new Workforce Management Scheduling System
• Hold team members accountable and work closely across cross functional teams
• Project planning, discovery, managing timelines, providing status updates, taking initiative, and communicating with various stakeholders
• Manage projects using tools such as ServiceNow and SmartSheets

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of IT/software related Project Management aligned to the healthcare industry
• Experience managing projects related to a scheduling tool (QGenda or similar)
• Ability to hold stakeholders and team members accountable
• Ability to execute projects independently and take initiative
• Experience working project management tools such as ServiceNow or SmartSheets
