MIINC Mechanical Contractors is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the company’s largest commercial mechanical projects in a hybrid role, with a balance of on-site and Dallas office work. You will guide Project Managers and project teams, protect profitability, and build a strong operational foundation for growth.
The role emphasizes strategic planning, risk anticipation, and collaboration with executive leadership to ensure projects stay financially healthy and aligned with business
MIINC Mechanical Contractors is a commercial mechanical contractor delivering complex HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical construction projects across the country. Built on a foundation of servant leadership, accountability, and operational excellence, MIINC has earned a reputation for delivering exceptional results on some of the industry\'s most challenging projects while building lasting relationships with clients and partners.
Success at MIINC is driven by its people. Leaders are empowered to make decisions, ownership is expected at every level, and collaboration is woven into how the company operates. As MIINC continues to expand, the company is investing in experienced leaders who can strengthen execution, develop teams, and help shape the next chapter of its success.
We\'re looking for someone who naturally sees beyond today\'s schedule. You walk onto a jobsite and immediately connect the dots between operations, finances, people, schedules, and long-term project success. When challenges arise, you\'re already thinking three steps ahead. You understand that exceptional projects aren\'t built by reacting to problems, but by anticipating them through disciplined planning, sound financial judgment, and steady leadership.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing people as much as delivering results. You\'ll lead and mentor Project Managers, remove obstacles, review financial performance, and partner with executive leadership to ensure projects remain profitable, aligned, and positioned for success. If you\'re ready to expand your influence beyond a single project and help shape the future of a growing organization, we\'d love to talk with you.
This is not a traditional Senior Project Manager role. You\'ll partner closely with executive leadership to oversee the successful execution of the company\'s largest commercial mechanical projects while helping strengthen the operational foundation for continued growth.
Rather than managing every project detail, you\'ll lead the people responsible for delivering them. You\'ll provide guidance across multiple Project Managers and project teams, protecting profitability, anticipating risks, and ensuring projects remain aligned, financially healthy, and positioned for long-term success. This role follows a hybrid rhythm of approximately three days each week at active project sites and two days in the Dallas office. That balance keeps you connected to field operations while allowing you to participate in strategic planning, financial forecasting, leadership development, and executive decision-making.
