Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial construction in Texas. The role has overall responsibility for commercial, financial, contractual, and operational performance of major projects.

You will work closely with the Project Executive, Superintendent, and other teams to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget, across hospitality, healthcare, education, municipal, and commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience delivering projects valued at $200M+.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage safety, quality, and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the commercial, financial, contractual, and operational performance of major projects.
• Collaborate with the Project Executive, Superintendent, Preconstruction, Estimating, Safety, VDC, Quality and other project team members to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead ground-up and complex construction projects across hospitality, casinos, healthcare, education, municipal and commercial sectors.

Projects You’ll Lead

The Senior Project Manager will have the opportunity to lead major ground-up and complex construction projects across sectors including:

• Hospitality & Resorts — luxury hotels, resorts, convention hotels, and large-scale hospitality developments
• Casinos & Gaming — casino resorts, gaming facilities, hotel towers, and supporting entertainment/amenity spaces
• Healthcare — hospitals, medical centers, specialty healthcare facilities, and large healthcare campuses
• Entertainment — arenas, stadiums, performing arts centers, theaters, entertainment venues, and mixed-use entertainment developments
• Education — higher education campuses, student housing, academic buildings, research facilities, and K-12 campuses
• Municipal — courthouses, government buildings, civic centers, public safety facilities, and other major public-sector developments
• Commercial / Mixed-Use — large office developments, mixed-use projects, retail, and other complex commercial developments
