Job summary

ITAC Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Construction Project Manager to own high‑impact commercial projects across Texas. You will manage budgets, schedules and execution, coordinate subcontractors and field crews, and cultivate strong client relationships across healthcare, retail, industrial and hospitality.

Travel between Texas project locations is required with per diem provided for qualifying trips as the company expands from $3M–$5M projects to a current $33M hotel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Commercial construction project management background.
• Experience managing projects valued at $3M+.
• Ability to travel between Texas project locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Own project budgets, schedules, and overall execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, Project Superintendents, and Field Superintendents.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee projects across healthcare, retail, industrial, warehouse, and hospitality.
• Conduct project site visits and travel to active job sites.
• Help drive successful delivery as the company grows.
