Job summary

Scott Humphrey Corporation is assisting a premier integrated design-build firm in Austin, TX, by sourcing a Senior Project Manager to lead complex healthcare and hospitality developments from preconstruction through closeout.

You will direct executive teams, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor project professionals while building strong owner and design-team relationships to deliver landmark projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects for a general contractor.
• Proven track record leading large, ground-up healthcare and/or luxury hospitality projects.
• Strong financial management experience, including budgets, forecasting, change management, and contract administration.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams through every phase of construction.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
• Stable work history with a reputation for delivering complex projects successfully.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Our client has an exceptional pipeline of work that includes large-scale healthcare and hospitality projects throughout Texas.

We’re seeking a proven leader with experience managing projects such as:

• Ground-up hospitals and major healthcare campuses
• Luxury hotels, destination resorts, or other premier hospitality developments
• Highly technical commercial projects requiring sophisticated planning, coordination, and execution

This is not a role focused on small medical office buildings or standard select-service hotels. We’re looking for someone who has successfully led complex, high-value projects with demanding owners, extensive MEP systems, and multidisciplinary teams.

What You’ll Do
