What You'll Do

• Lead all onsite construction activities for large Healthcare and Hospitality projects
• Oversee project schedules, logistics, quality control, safety, and subcontractor coordination

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of Superintendent experience with a Commercial General Contractor
• Proven success leading large Healthcare and Hospitality construction projects
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, sequencing, logistics, and field operations
• Experience partnering on project financials, forecasting, manpower planning, and resource allocation
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop medium-sized project teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred
