Job summary

Worley is seeking a Project Controls professional in Houston to lead planning and scheduling across major projects. You will develop integrated schedules, drive critical-path analyses, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align with contractual commitments.

You will apply CPM, resource loading, and progress measurement to optimize performance, mentor junior planners, and present forecasts to project leadership in a multidisciplinary EPC/EPCM environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling for large projects.
• Experience developing/managing schedules for power generation or major EPC/EPCM projects.
• Advanced CPM knowledge, resource loading, progress measurement.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and support decisions.
• Ability to lead planning efforts across disciplines and communicate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, integrated schedules for major projects.
• Ensure schedules align with objectives, contracts, and delivery realities.
• Collaborate with management, engineering, construction, and other teams.
• Identify critical paths, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Prepare, present, and explain schedule reports and forecasts to leadership.
• Mentor junior planners and aid cross‑functional planning efforts.
• Support continuous improvement of planning tools and processes.
