Actalent is seeking a Senior Project Manager and Office Leader for our Austin, TX office to drive successful delivery of complex design-build projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client partnerships, and mentor the next generation of project managers.

This contract-to-hire role emphasizes operational excellence, business development, and growth of the local office, with a emphasis on safety and quality in advanced technology facilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience leading large-scale industrial or mission-critical projects.
• Experience in design-build, EPC, or integrated project delivery environments.
• Proven ability to manage executive-level client relationships and project governance.
• Experience mentoring staff and leading multidisciplinary teams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex design-build projects from kickoff through closeout, aligning with client goals.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk for large-scale projects.
• Coordinate clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams across disciplines.
• Develop detailed project plans and manage changes to avoid cost/schedule overruns.
• Mentor Project Managers and emerging leaders to build high-performing teams.
