ALCON DTS is seeking a Lead Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from inception to completion in our Austin, TX office. This role requires occasional travel to client sites and non-local candidates will not be considered.

You will lead project teams, manage budgets and timelines, and communicate with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business goals. This is a hands-on leadership position in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school level education or higher.
• Three or more years in sales within project management or clear knowledge of ALCON DTS products.
• Must be available for travel when necessary.
• CRM familiarity is a plus; data entry and client information gathering experience is helpful.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat and internal systems like Autotask for data entry and project understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead project teams to align with goals and company objectives.
• Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members; communicate status, risks, and issues with solutions.
• Allocate resources, manage scope, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; implement contingency plans.
• Oversee quality of deliverables to meet client expectations.
