Responsibilities

• Lead as both Principal and Senior Project Manager on significant, complex projects.

• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure success.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, structural, and civil engineers.
• Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and within the professional community.

Experience

• 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas required; LEED AP certification preferred.
• Strong background in the design of MEP systems.
