Job summary

You will oversee field management, safety, quality, scheduling, budgeting, procurement and risk management, ensuring performance aligns with contract requirements and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing resources including budgets, schedules and materials.
• Knowledge of estimating, construction methods, engineering, equipment and technology.
• Excellent understanding of safety procedures.
• Strong organizational, supervisory, communication, collaboration and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel per project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Field management, safety, and quality oversight across projects.
• Document control for submittals, RFIs, drawings and specs.
• Plan, sequence and schedule projects with input from Superintendent.
• Manage project budgets, cash flow, and subcontractor payments.
• Procurement strategy, bid packages, and subcontractor awards.
• Estimating and cost control throughout project lifecycle.
• Lead project team and manage client relations and change orders.
• Monitor risk, quality inspections, and compliance with plans.
