Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead design/build, construction management, or construct-only projects from assignment to completion. You will be accountable for all construction activities on assigned projects, coordinating with superintendents and PCE requirements while maintaining cost and schedule control.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in the design and construction of Industrial Water/Wastewater facilities.
• Expertise in managing resources, including budgets, schedules, and materials in an environment of multiple, competing demands.
• Knowledge of estimating, construction methods, engineering, equipment, and technology.
• Excellent understanding of safety procedures.
• Excellent organizational, supervisory, communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel per project requirements.
• Ability to understand and execute the company vision and values of Team, Excellence, Service, and Trust.

Responsibilities

• Assists project directors in responding to RFPs, including conceptual estimates and schedules.
• Monitors design document progress and provides constructability input.
• Prepares detailed estimates, cost code input, and cost-control systems.
• Prepares bid packages, invites bids, analyzes bids, and awards subcontracts and major purchases.
• Plans and sequences the project with input from the superintendent and subcontractors.
• Manages project schedules, conducts site meetings, and updates schedules.
• Controls project costs with labor cost reports and status summaries.
• Coordinates permits, inspections, and final approvals with authorities and A/E.
