Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Charlotte, NC area to lead and direct a project team on large, complex projects. You will oversee field management, safety, scheduling, budgeting, and client relations to drive successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a track record of managing multiple projects, 10+ years in construction/management, and a Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.

Qualifications

• Requires proven leadership of project teams on large, complex projects.
• Strong budgeting, cost control and financial reporting experience.
• Proficient in scheduling and project controls, with successful risk management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project progress, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, drawings, and documentation to stay on schedule.
• Plan and direct project scheduling and coordination with subs and vendors.
• Control project budgets, costs, change orders, invoicing and cash flow.
• Provide leadership to the project team and address roadblocks to success.
• Coordinate design, procurement, and risk mitigation efforts.
• Maintain client relations, reporting, and formal communications.
