Job summary

Mullins Mechanical, a premier industrial contractor serving manufacturing and heavy commercial facilities, is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Atlanta area. You will lead high-value projects, mentor senior PMs and field teams, and ensure profitability, schedule adherence, and safety compliance across complex scopes.

Responsibilities include reviewing budgets and schedules, approving subcontracts, managing change orders, and coordinating with owners and subcontractors to deliver projects

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Industrial Construction experience with projects $75MM+ in value.
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR Training.
• Extensive experience managing construction budgets and schedules.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
• Highly organized with proven leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide Senior PMs, Project Managers, and Assistant PMs.
• Oversee high-profile, complex projects with limited executive oversight.
• Allocate resources to meet project schedules in collaboration with team leaders.
• Review scheduling, budgets, and profitability; oversee billing approvals.
• Approve subcontracts and purchase orders; negotiate terms and costs.
• Manage monthly project billing, changes, and scope adjustments.
• Ensure project safety, quality, and on-site productivity.
• Participate in hiring and annual reviews for project personnel.
