Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 15+ years of experience leading high-dollar, complex projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to stakeholders.
• Business development experience is preferred.
• License or applicable certification (e.g., PE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects in scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop project plans and quality management plans.
• Create and maintain project schedules and manage subconsultants.
• Communicate status to internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor project teams and support marketing and proposals.
