Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson (JMT) seeks a Senior Project Manager in the Washington, DC area to lead high-dollar, complex projects ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence. The role starts with identifying leads and marketing growth opportunities, while mentoring teams to align with JMT’s goals.

Compensation for this position is $166,400.00 - $208,000.00 annually, with comprehensive benefits and ESOP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Minimum 15+ years of applicable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication/presentation skills.
• Business development experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project(s) per scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate subconsultants.
• Develop project plans and quality management plans.
• Create and maintain project schedules and status updates.
• Support marketing, proposals, and client relationship building.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams.
