Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field from an ABET accredited engineering program.
• 15+ years of experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Business development experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Manages project(s) in accordance with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Leads multidisciplinary teams and manages subconsultants.
• Develops project plans, PM Plans, and quality management plans.
• Creates and maintains project schedules and monitors progress.
• Communicates status and issues to stakeholders.
• Supports marketing efforts and win strategy development.
