Job summary

Rain for Rent is seeking a supervisor to provide leadership to Foremen, Lead Persons and Installers, aligning field staff to customer expectations and guiding project execution. You will collaborate with Outside Sales Reps and the Regional Estimator to develop equipment lists and scopes of work.

• Supervisory experience of foremen, lead persons and installers.
• Strong relationship-building with customers and field teams.
• Experience coordinating with EH&S for safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Schedules daily tasks with Foreman and Dispatchers.
• Ensures safety policies are followed with EH&S.
• Maintains customer relationships to align expectations.
• Delivers daily field activity reports to customer and office.
• Promotes positive company image and handles customer complaints promptly.
