Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience delivering business and technology initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a matrixed organization.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Lean Six Sigma/Agile/ITIL or Change Management certifications (preferred).
• Global collaboration with teams and suppliers across time zones (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Define project scope, requirements, objectives, timelines, and success metrics with sponsors.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource requirements, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests while aligning with priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, operations, technology, and vendors.
• Drive project execution, resolve obstacles, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide updates to stakeholders from frontline teams to executives.
