Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from initiation to completion.
• Budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and performance tracking experience.
• PMP or similar certification preferred; high-growth experience valued.
• Strong communication with executives and diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional projects.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Facilitate meetings and align internal and external stakeholders.
• Track performance and provide status updates to leadership.
• Maintain project documentation and post-project reviews.
• Seek process improvements for PM tools and reporting.
• Foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability across teams.
