Job summary

Sysco seeks a Corporate Project Manager to lead national, regional, and site-level development and execution of operations projects. You will partner with SSMG VP of CI and Sysco Corporate Construction & Engineering to drive results across multiple markets.

Responsibilities include leading teams, coordinating with vendors, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering ROI. Emphasis on safety, continuous improvement, and adherence to internal/external policies across projects, including budget

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in food production, manufacturing, and distribution design.
• Experience driving operational efficiencies and throughput via site layout and planning.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, Access, and Outlook.
• Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.
• Transformation and Project Management experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of national, regional, and site-level projects.
• Collaborate with national and regional leaders to drive project delivery.
• Work with vendors/GCs to comply with Local, State, and Federal laws.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and plant flow.
• Manage budgets including labor, benefits, supplies, and capital investments.
• Ensure safety and conduct training initiatives for projects.
