Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• PMP certification.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects within a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, requirements, objectives, timelines, and success metrics with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource requirements, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, operations, technology, and vendor organizations.
• Drive project execution, resolve obstacles, and ensure projects stay on track, within budget, and deliver desired outcomes.
