Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead multiple complex projects across Mankato, MN, and other locations.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and mentor project managers while identifying new revenue opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong governance, risk management, and continuous improvement capabilities, with hybrid work and relocation assistance as applicable.

Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent project management training.
• Experience leading complex customer or business projects from initiation through completion.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and resources in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting project governance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex projects from initiation through completion, delivering results on scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Develop, coach, and mentor Project Managers and project teams, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Proactively manage project scope changes, crises and risks with contingency plans.
• Prepare and deliver project progress reports to executive management.
• Identify potential additional revenue opportunities and grow business relationships.
• Assess project status via onsite meetings and coordinate with contractors on generator set installation.
• Drive PMO excellence through risk management, change control, and continuous improvement.
