Rolls-Royce is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead multiple complex projects across the Mankato, MN; Aiken, SC; and Novi, MI locations with hybrid work and relocation support where applicable.

The role requires strong program governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to deliver on time, within budget, and to contract scope. You will mentor project managers, coordinate with account teams, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field with 7+ years of experience in customer project execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience in customer project execution.
• Master’s degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience in customer project execution.
• JD/PhD in a related field.
• In lieu of degree, 9+ years of experience in customer project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex projects from initiation through completion, delivering scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Develop, coach, and mentor Project Managers and project teams, fostering accountability and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proactively manage project scope changes, crises and risks with contingency plans.
• Prepare and deliver project progress reports to executive management.
• Identify potential additional revenue opportunities within the project and grow business relationships.
• Assess project status via onsite meetings and coordinate with contractors on generator set installation.
• Drive PMO excellence through risk management, change control, and continuous improvement.
