Job summary

Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead a portfolio of complex customer projects across Mankato, MN; Aiken, SC; and Novi, MI. The role emphasizes delivering on scope, schedule, and budget while mentoring project teams.

You will drive PMO excellence, manage risks, and pursue additional revenue opportunities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Hybrid work arrangement with relocation assistance where applicable.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with 7+ years of experience in customer project execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience in customer project execution.
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of experience in customer project execution.
• JD/PhD in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• In lieu of degree, 9+ years of experience in customer project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex projects from initiation through completion, delivering on scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Develop, coach, and mentor Project Managers and teams, fostering accountability and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proactively manage scope changes, risks, and crises with contingency plans.
• Prepare and deliver project progress reports to executive management.
• Identify potential additional revenue opportunities within projects and cultivate key relationships.
• Assess project status via onsite meetings and coordinate with contractors on generator set installation.
• Drive PMO excellence through risk management, change control, and continuous improvement.
