Job summary

Rolls-Royce Power Systems is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead multiple complex projects in a hybrid environment across sites in Mankato, MN; Aiken, SC; and Novi, MI. You will drive scope, schedule, and budget adherence while mentoring project teams and managing risks.

The role offers relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates have senior project execution experience, PMP or equivalent training, and strong stakeholder management skills to deliver on contract

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree + 7 years of experience in customer project execution.
• Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of experience in customer project execution.
• Master’s degree + 3 years of experience in customer project execution.
• JD/PhD in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• In lieu of degree, 9+ years of experience in customer project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex projects from initiation through completion, delivering scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Develop, coach, and mentor Project Managers and project teams, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Proactively manage project scope changes, crises and risks with contingency and mitigation plans.
• Prepare and deliver project progress reports to executive management.
• Identify potential revenue opportunities within the project and grow business relationships.
