Rolls-Royce Power Systems is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead multiple complex projects across locations in the US. The role requires coordinating with account/program management to meet contract requirements and drive PMO excellence.

You will develop and mentor project teams, manage scope changes, and identify revenue opportunities while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality targets. Hybrid work with 2 office days per week is available.

Qualifications

• Formal project management education or certification preferred.
• Experience delivering complex customer projects on schedule and budget.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex projects from initiation to completion within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coach and mentor project managers and teams to promote accountability and growth.
• Manage risks, changes, and contingencies; report progress to executives.
