Job summary

CentraCare Health in Saint Cloud, MN seeks a Senior Project Manager for the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) to lead Rural Health Transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.

You will coordinate cross-functional clinical, operational, IS/T, vendor, and external teams to deliver complex technology, workflow, testing, data, and reporting components in a grant-funded, 5-year term.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Clinical, Information Systems, Business Administration or Management, or Project Management discipline from an accredited 4-year college or university or 5 years PM experience required.
• PMP certification among hire within 5 Yrs.
• Solid knowledge of software development and project management methodologies required.
• Firm understanding of software architecture, development and QA processes.
• Knowledge of applications and/or infrastructure processes.
• Proven ability to monitor and track performance, anticipate risks, and resolve issues.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools with demonstrated experience in Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional Rural Health Transformation projects from planning through implementation.
• Partner with clinical, operational, IS/T, vendor, and external teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Coordinate IS/T resources, integrations, workflows, testing, data, and reporting needs.
• Navigate complexity and bring diverse teams together to turn strategic priorities into sustainable outcomes.
