IEM is seeking a Full Time Project Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive program strategy for Mississippi's Rural Health Transformation Program. The role requires leadership to supervise staff, coordinate with state leadership, and manage grants, budgets, and performance metrics.

The position may involve field work, office or remote work depending on project needs, with travel required to complete assignments and attend meetings. Strong data literacy and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in health project/program administration and grant management.
• Experience with federal grant regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation of RHTP projects with state leadership and grant oversight.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and performance metrics; ensure audit readiness.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align activities with objectives.
• Lead project staff to support execution of program activities and deliverables.
• Prepare and present program updates, reports, and budget analyses.
