The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of project management experience, PMP or equivalent, and strong executive communication skills to align projects with organizational goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading large capital projects with strategic impact.
• PMP certification or advanced pipeline project leadership preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead execution of major capital projects and programs.
• Provide oversight for multiple project managers and teams.
• Develop and implement project delivery strategies and governance frameworks.
• Review performance, forecasts, and recovery plans.
• Lead executive project reviews and steering committee meetings.
• Drive risk management and issue resolution.
