Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressively responsible project management experience.
• Experience leading natural gas pipeline projects and $200M+ initiatives.
• PMP certification or advanced experience in pipeline programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of major capital projects and strategic initiatives.
• Provide oversight for multiple project managers and teams.
• Develop and implement project delivery strategies and governance.
• Review performance, forecasts, and recovery plans.
• Lead executive reviews and steering committee meetings.
• Drive risk management and issue resolution.
• Align project objectives with organizational goals.
• Establish project management standards and mentor staff.
• Support portfolio planning and capital prioritization.
• Assess PM maturity and drive improvements.
• Assist workforce planning and capability development.
