Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in CM, architecture or engineering
• 8–10 years of large-scale construction, resiliency or infrastructure experience
• Certifications preferred: CCM, RA, PE, PMP
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop project management team for delivery of projects
• Plan, manage and coordinate project schedule, scope and cost
• Oversee initiation, planning, execution and close-out
• Coordinate with on-site stakeholders and contractors
• Ensure safe, compliant delivery per contracts and BPCA guidelines
• Maintain cost estimates, budgets, and documentation
• Drive permitting with agencies
• Ensure design management aligns with budget and scope
• Manage multiple projects and teams
