Techno Consult Engineering, PC seeks a Project Manager to lead a major waterfront infrastructure project in New York City. This full-time, on-site role oversees waterfront and utility construction, deep foundations, reinforced concrete, and shoreline stabilization, coordinating with owners, engineers, contractors, and regulators.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in project/construction management, with 5+ years leading large projects, and a strong background in public-sector administration,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/structural/geotechnical/construction engineering or related field.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required.
• 10+ years of project or construction management experience.
• 5+ years leading projects of similar size and complexity.
• Experience managing marine, waterfront, structural, geotechnical, and heavy civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of public-sector contract administration, project controls, QA/QC, CPM scheduling, and construction safety.

Responsabilités

• Lead the project management team, including Resident Engineers, Office Engineers, inspectors, consultants, and support staff, through all phases of construction.
• Manage marine, structural, geotechnical, and heavy civil construction projects, including waterfront and utility infrastructure.
• Oversee contract administration, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, pay applications, schedules, claims, and QA/QC compliance.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, contractors, utilities, and regulatory agencies to resolve issues and maintain project progress.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, reporting, documentation, and closeout to ensure successful project delivery.
