Job summary

Marks, part of the Propelis Group, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead project briefs, develop timelines, and ensure on-time delivery for a dedicated client. You will coordinate between client, vendors and internal teams to align workloads and resources.

You will advocate Marks values — design integrity, technical accuracy and speed to market — and lead weekly status meetings while ensuring brand guidelines and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field required; minimum 5 years of Production/Project Management experience in a design/packaging/engineering agency environment preferred.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workflows, timelines and deliverables across teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Be the dependable day-to-day point of contact for assigned client/agency work, including photo process and artwork development management.
• Develop and build strong relationships with client/agency/vendor teams.
• Proactively anticipate workload, schedule kick-off meetings, and manage timelines with vendors.
• Learn product life cycle, workflow, and development phases to effectively manage deliverables.
