Job summary

Marks, part of Propelis Group, is seeking a Sr Project Manager to oversee projects from concept to delivery in our Pittsburgh, PA office. You will coordinate requirements, schedules, budgets and quality standards to meet margins while aligning with customer expectations.

You will lead meetings, manage timelines, mentor team members and collaborate with vendors, internal groups and clients. A Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of project management experience are preferred, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Project Management or related field.
• 6+ years progressive product management experience or equivalent.
• 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Occasional travel locally, nationally or internationally may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assembles project plans and drives timely delivery.
• Leads meetings and communicates project status to stakeholders.
• Creates and manages project timelines to deliver on schedule.
• Tracks budget and project expenses.
• Manages scope with change controls and documentation.
• Mentors and develops the project team.
