Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets with internal teams and clients.
• Own gates, risk, and commercial controls to optimize workflow and delivery.
• Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery.
• Track performance with PMO, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are aligned.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to meet project goals.
• Attend planning meetings and advise on workflow, capacity, and timelines.
• Drive process improvements and document lessons learned.
