Job summary
The Green Recruitment Company seeks an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead installation and commissioning strategies for large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. You will develop standards, manage field execution teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
- 10+ years in power generation, energy storage, or utilities.
- Experience leading installation and commissioning of large-scale projects.
- Experience managing technical teams and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of BESS or related power systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead field service engineers, technicians, and subcontractors on installation and commissioning.
- Develop and execute commissioning plans for utility-scale BESS projects across the Americas.
- Establish and maintain commissioning standards, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Manage subcontractor selection, onboarding, and performance.
- Support RFQs, contractor evaluations, and commissioning service agreements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Provide technical leadership to field teams and subcontractors.
- Work with engineering, quality, and safety to address field issues and implement corrective actions.
- Foster a strong safety-first culture and drive continuous improvement.
