Job summary

Innovim, LLC is seeking an Alternate PM; Inventory and Operations Lead for NOAA APS in Silver Spring, MD. This on-site role requires U.S. citizenship or permanent residency and a Public Trust (Tier 2) clearance.

Responsibilities include applying project management knowledge, preparing business cases, researching stakeholder requirements, and managing time, cost, and risk across NESDIS projects. The position emphasizes close collaboration and proper closeout of deliverables.

Responsibilities

• The contractor shall apply project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to support the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and the close out of NESDIS projects.
• The contractor shall prepare business cases to outline the objectives, purpose and deliverables for NESDIS projects.
• The contractor shall research stakeholder requirements, and shall assist in setting and prioritizing goals, defining deliverables, creating project schedules, identifying risks, proposing solutions and presenting project plans for NESDIS projects.
• The contractor shall manage time, cost, quality, risk, and changes on assigned NESDIS projects.
• The contractor shall develop project management plans and apply performance measures to monitor project performance as needed.
• The contractor shall perform project closeout to ensure that all aspects of the project are properly concluded and that deliverables have been met to the satisfaction of NESDIS management.
