Job summary

ITegrity, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager / Onsite Team Lead for a scientific weather project. You will provide operational direction, task planning, and technical oversight across matrixed teams supporting meteorology, calibration labs, and infrastructure systems.

The role requires 4+ years supervising related projects, strong English communication, and PM leadership, with primary onsite duties at Sterling, VA and occasional travel to NWS/NES locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business Management or higher, with PM certification or advanced degree.
• Minimum 4 years supervising test and evaluation projects for meteorological sensors, software, and equipment.
• Strong planning, risk management, and leadership in a matrixed office.

Responsibilities

• Organize, direct, and manage BPA operational support across multiple tasks.
• Formulate, review, and execute task plans with staff assignments and milestones.
• Coordinate with government leadership and provide on-site program interface.
• Supervise contractor staff and ensure safety, security, and compliance.
• Submit weekly progress reports and manage deliverables and risks.
