Job summary

DPR Construction, a leading general contractor, seeks a Senior Project Controller to lead financial oversight for large-scale projects. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, partnering with project and regional leadership to drive profitability and compliance across the project lifecycle.

The role requires 8+ years in accounting/finance, construction industry experience, and 2-4 years in a managerial capacity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience required.
8+ years in accounting/finance, FP&A or related field.
Experience with large-scale or complex projects with financial accountability.
Industry experience in construction, manufacturing, extraction, or related fields preferred.
2-4 years of managerial experience.
CCIFP or CPA certifications preferred.
Background check required.

Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for large-scale projects.
Serve as primary financial advisor to project leadership for decision support.
Manage and develop project accounting staff and daily financial operations.
Oversee project cost structures including labor, materials, insurance, and contracts.
Lead financial performance reviews and consolidated forecasts for leadership.
Monitor cash flow, billing, collections, and exposures across lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, controls, and audits across projects.
