Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a senior financial leader to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on large-scale projects in Atlanta.

You will partner with project and regional leadership to provide financial insights, manage project accounting resources, and drive performance across the lifecycle.

This role requires 8+ years of accounting/finance experience, CPA or CCIFP preferred, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams within a self-performing contractor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of accounting/finance experience in large-scale projects.
• Experience leading financial operations across multiple projects or programs.

Responsibilities

• Leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for large-scale projects.
• Provides financial insights to project leadership to drive performance.
• Oversees project accounting staff and cost management activities.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• Coordinates audits and improves financial processes across projects.
