Job summary

The role requires 8+ years in accounting/FP&A, experience with construction industry, and 2–4 years of managerial responsibility;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required.
• 8+ years of experience in accounting, finance, FP&A, or related field.
• Experience supporting large-scale or complex projects with financial accountability.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, extraction, or related industry.
• Experience leading financial operations across multiple projects, programs, or business segments.
• 2–4 years of experience in a managerial capacity.

Responsibilities

• Leads financial planning, forecasting, and reporting for large-scale projects, including risk/opportunity analysis.
• Serves as the primary financial advisor to project leadership, supporting decision-making and performance management.
• Manages and develops project accounting staff, including oversight of daily financial operations and work coordination.
• Oversees project cost structures, including labor, materials, insurance, and contract-related financial components.
• Leads project performance reviews and prepares consolidated financial summaries and forecasts for leadership.
• Monitors and manages cash flow, billing, collections, and financial exposures across the project lifecycle.
• Ensures compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls; coordinates audits and implements financial processes across projects.
