Job summary

ArchKey Solutions seeks a Lead Project Finance Coordinator to oversee project billing, contract management, and compliance in our St. Louis area office. You will guide a finance team and collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate financials and timely invoicing.

Responsibilities include managing monthly billing, ERP updates, insurance certificates and UCC filings, while promoting Lean methods and DEI values across the organization.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in business administration, accounting, or related field; Bachelor's preferred.
• 5–7 years in accounting or accounts receivable, preferably construction industry.
• Experience in deadline-driven environments and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Proficient with databases, spreadsheets, accounting and billing software; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team following established accounting processes and methods.
• Oversee accounting support for project managers from start-up to close.
• Prepare and submit monthly billing packets with supporting documents.
• Update ERP systems with budgets, contracts, billing, and project data.
• Manage compliance items: insurance certificates, wrap-up programs, bonds, notices, and UCC filings.
• Mentor and train staff; foster internal/external relationships.
