Job summary

ON.energy is seeking a Manager to join the Corporate Development team in New York. You will own project finance modeling end-to-end, including debt sizing, sculpting, and tax attributes, and you will drive structuring and execution with banks and investors.

This hybrid role requires strong technical and communication skills to support capital strategies. You will lead lender diligence, contract reviews, and investor materials, while coordinating with legal, tax, and accounting teams to execute

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own ON.energy’s project finance models end to end, including cash flow waterfalls, debt sizing and sculpting, coverage ratios, reserve accounts, tax attributes, and returns.
• Run sensitivity and scenario analyses to inform pricing, structuring, and investment decisions.
• Set modeling standards and prepare models for lender diligence and third-party model audit.
• Translate model outputs into clear materials for senior leadership, investment committees, and lenders.
